Richard Earl Cake, 56, of New Castle, DE passed away on September 16, 2016 at Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE. He was born on May 31, 1960.

Richard attended William Penn High School and graduated from James H. Adult High School in 1983. He was employed by Crowell Corporation and worked as a machine operator.

He is survived by his fiancée, Florence Baffone; mother, Joan Cake; and sister, Cheri Lawruk. Richard has 9 nieces and 7 nephews.

Richard will be joining his father, Earl Cake and brother, Wayne Cake in heaven.

Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at Gracelawn Memorial Park Chapel, 2220 DuPont Pkwy, New Castle, DE 19720, where a Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 P.M. Burial will be in the adjoining memorial park.
